These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck444r platform and all its services. In this document, "we", "our", or "ck444r" refers to the organization operating the platform, and "you" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using the platform.

2 Account Registration
To participate on the ck444r platform, you must open a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each individual may open only one account. ck444r reserves the right to close all accounts if the same person is found to be operating more than one.
- The name, address, mobile number, and ID information provided at registration must be truthful.
- It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- For account verification (KYC), ck444r may request identity documents or additional paperwork at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension of your account.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. ck444r is not liable for any loss resulting from the loss or theft of your account credentials, unless the loss was caused by our own negligence.
3 Age Limit and Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the ck444r platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You may not access the platform from any country or region where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited.
- You must operate an account in your own name; operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- If a user has voluntarily self-excluded, access to the platform is prohibited until that self-exclusion period has ended.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Requirements
The ck444r platform currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- The deposit amount must be ৳500 or more.
- All deposit transactions must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
- Deposits are generally processed instantly, though minor delays may occur due to issues with the payment gateway.
4.2 Withdrawal Requirements
The minimum withdrawal amount for each payment method is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, the funds are typically transferred within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- The withdrawal amount must be ৳800 or more.
- Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the mobile banking account that was used to make the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- ck444r reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal for the purpose of verifying required documents.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ck444r offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it becomes withdrawable.
- Wagering is counted from valid bets only; cancelled or mirrored bets (where both sides are covered) will not count toward wagering.
- A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirements, which is stated at the time the bonus is issued.
- ck444r may offer special promotions and bonus offers from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms, which are published on the offers page.
- A user may not use more than one bonus at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
5.3 VIP Program
The ck444r VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.3%; Gold — up to 0.5%; Platinum — up to 0.6%; Diamond — up to 0.8%. Advancement to the next tier depends on the user's overall activity and loyalty. VIP cashback is awarded according to the set conditions of each tier.
6 Gaming Rules
The ck444r platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting.
- Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is advisable to read those rules before starting a game.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault, ck444r will review the game outcome and take appropriate action.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the server log will be considered the final evidence.
- For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled, ck444r will refund the stake or re-settle the bet in accordance with standard rules.
- ck444r reserves the right to reclaim any winnings that were incorrectly credited due to a system error.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck444r platform, and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:
- Fraud and Cheating: Using any technical method or software to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of legitimizing illegal funds.
- Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same person.
- Bonus Abuse: Operating an account with the sole purpose of claiming bonus benefits, or coordinated bonus abuse involving acquaintances.
- Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or any other automated method.
- Hacking and Security Breaches: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's security systems.
- Using Another Person's Account: Using another person's account or conducting transactions on their behalf.
8 Account Closure and Suspension
ck444r reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Suspicion of illegal activity.
- Failure to provide verification documents.
- At the user's own request.
Upon account closure, the valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned to the user; however, the balance may be forfeited in cases of fraud or breach of terms.
